Hospital’s Commitment to Community Inspires Milton’s Carol Fallon

Photo of Carol Fallon“Supporting the hospital enhances the community, and community support makes it possible,” says Carol A. Fallon, a longtime Milton resident who gives back to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton in several ways.

Carol first became active at the hospital after attending an event. “The first event I attended at the hospital was over 20 years ago,” she said. “I was so impressed with the hospital and what it was doing for the community that I knew I wanted to become involved. I wanted to make things even better,” stated Carol.

Since then, Carol has done just that! She served on the hospital’s Board of Directors for more than years and is the hospital’s Special Events Chair, working closely with the Philanthropy Office to oversee the hospital’s most successful annual fundraising events—the Spring Gala and Tee Off Golf Tournament.

Carol has seen firsthand how hospital improvements have helped the community. “The hospital keeps getting better; being able to receive exceptional, personalized health care close to home, without having to go downtown, is a great convenience that not many people have. With continued support and generosity from the community, we’ll continue to see BID-Milton grow.”
